Adam Schwoeppe, Owner & Founder of Encompass Woodworking, has had a lifelong passion for art and building. After graduating from Columbus College of Art in 2008, he opened a small art and furniture shop in his hometown of Ross, Ohio. In 2010, he moved the business to a larger space in Camp Washington, just outside of downtown Cincinnati.

Encompass Woodworking has since grown into one of Cincinnati's premier commercial cabinetry and hospitality furniture producers, with a team of well-trained builders, engineers, designers, and manufacturers. Adam loves creating and building, and takes pride in seeing his employees hard at work producing a great product. Encompass Woodworking plans to keep growing and offering more opportunities for its employees year after year.
